About Nutrition Consulting
Eating a healthy diet is one of the simplest ways we can support our health. During an individual nutitrition consultation I look at your current diet and address any health concerns and dietary restrictions. I then use this information to create an individualised plan and meal ideas that suit your needs. Combining my culinary skills and nutrition knowledge I incorporate health promoting foods (keeping within your budget) with simple recipes using readily available ingredients.
I can assist with various dietary and lifestyle needs including;
