Instead of listing recipes under breakfast, lunch & dinners, I have listed them under the seasons. Eating with the seasons is the most natural way for our bodies to eat. Produce available in summer is naturally water dense to provide hydration for the body. While winter produce is denser to provide energy and keep us warm during the cold of winter. And the best thing about eating with the seasons is the taste! Fruit and vegetables allowed to grow to their full potential are bursting with flavour.
